 Empower Oy has acquired a majority shareholding in Daxtum Oy, part of the Aro Yhtiöt Group. Empower’s will have a 90 % stake in the company, while the remaining 10 % will belong to the company’s management group of six people.
Empower Oy is one of the largest service providers in the energy and telecom sector and the industrial sector in Finland and the Baltic region. Owned by its corporate management and the capital investors 3i Group and Profits Fund II, Empower operates in dozens of locations and has an annual turnover of €132m.
